Personally I was extremely apprehensive at first in regards to doing everything over TeamViewer. Mark Ravalli though as professional as possible made it very clear that it was safe, and I’m grateful he did. Gave him control of the computer and he quickly went to work- couldn’t be easier than that for someone like me who needs someone to do the setup from start to finish. My computer wasn’t fast enough so he even saved the files to my Google drive for me and offered to get it set back up on a faster computer. Will definitely use him again for similar future needs.
